We are pleased to be partnering with OmVed Gardens to host a soothing summer retreat day in Highgate, London.
Attending a retreat allows us to set aside time offline to reconnect with ourselves, exploring practices that help restore our inner resources and give us space.
About OmVed Gardens
A natural oasis in a hidden corner of Highgate, OmVed Gardens is a unique space dedicated to restoring a piece of land into a biodiverse habitat where both humans and wildlife can thrive.
The project extends into wider themes around food, ecology and sustainability using creativity as a means to engage and reconnect with nature. Rooted in these principles, their urban garden space will serve as the perfect backdrop for nourishing our mindfulness practice.

About the Retreat
This full-day retreat will offer a chance to begin, deepen or reignite our mindfulness practice with the guidance of a teacher in a supportive group setting.
Through cultivating the key attitudes of mindfulness and sensing our connection to nature, we will be reminded how we can meet the challenges of life with greater ease and aliveness.
Practiced mostly outside, the retreat day will include a blend of guided mindfulness and compassion practices, including stillness and movement meditation. Practices will take in the diverse natural spaces within the garden.
Participants will be invited to spend parts of the day in silence, with a chance to reflect with others at the end of the day.
Please note: We anticipate that this retreat day will be popular and there is limited space. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

You Will Need:
- A yoga mat or towel to sit on during the session. Please let us know in advance if you require a chair.
