Throughout our lives we face a lot of uncertainty and unknowns -- that can leave us caught up in spirals of questions, thoughts and worry. As human beings, we like to be prepared for the future and to know what’s coming, but things aren’t always in our control and we can’t ever know for sure what’s going to happen in the future.
Rather than living our lives worrying about the future and trying to live one step ahead of ourselves, mindfulness can help us to calmly accept not knowing and better tolerate times of uncertainty. This workshop is designed to help us cultivate the art of moving forward into the unknown future, one present moment at a time.
