Experience a full 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion Course (online) with one of our knowledgeable self-compassion trained teachers.

This package includes eight 1.5-hour sessions. In addition to those wishing to book a Mindful Self-Compassion Course, it applies to those booking a standard mindfulness teaching with a preference for longer sessions.
