Whether you're looking to catch-up on a missed group session, reconnect with your practice or would like to learn more about mindfulness in a more private setting, we offer individual sessions tailored to your needs.

Please Note:

  • Sessions are held online via Zoom.
  • If you are new to mindfulness, we recommend purchasing a minimum of four to eight weekly sessions initially.
  • If you would like to book a private online session, please email friend@londonmindful.com before booking so that we can check availability.
