Whether you're looking to catch-up on a missed group session, reconnect with your practice or would like to learn more about mindfulness or self-compassion in a more private setting, we offer individual sessions tailored to your needs.

Please Note:

  • Sessions are held online via Zoom.
  • If you are new to mindfulness, we recommend purchasing a minimum of four to eight weekly sessions initially.
  • Please note, we offer discounts when you book four or more sessions. To pay for up to three sessions, please update the quantity accordingly. Once you click 'add to cart' you will be directed to the checkout page.
