Mindfulness and Self-Compassion can be a wonderful tool for coping with the stress and uncertainty of these challenging circumstances. If you're not sure where to start, or would like some extra support with your mindfulness practice right now, then you can book a 1:1 session with one of our mindfulness teachers.
