This morning drop-in class is designed for those who have completed an 8-week mindfulness course, or have an existing mindfulness meditation practice.

The mindfulness class will consist of a guided meditation practice and provides the opportunity to support your ongoing mindfulness practice, connect with other like-minded individuals and meditate in a group in a beautiful setting.

This class is run on a donation basis -- any donations can be made in person after the class. However, please do register in advance, so we know how many of you will show up. :-)

NOTES

  • The class will start promptly at 8am. Feel free to arrive up to 15 minutes early, but unfortunately any latecomers won't be able to join.
  • This class is intended for people who already have a meditation practice. If you're unsure about whether this class will be suitable for you, then please contact us at friend@londonmindful.com
  • If you're new to mindfulness we recommend that you start by attending an 8-Week Mindfulness Course or one of our introductory sessions. Please see our Course Calendar for more information.
