Join us for an online retreat, where you can take a short break from day-to-day life and spend some time for yourself. Your mindfulness practice might be supporting you now, more than ever, or maybe your practice has slipped a little -- this day is the perfect opportunity to spend some time deepening or reconnecting with your practice. Taking time out for ourselves, to practice self-care, allows us to be more present and supportive to others in our lives.

The retreat is being opened up to those who have completed an 8-week mindfulness course or have a longstanding meditation practice, and are looking to return for another mindfulness retreat day experience (or who missed theirs). The retreat day will be offered online through Zoom. The day will be spent in silence, with a familiar range of guided meditations that will help you to engage and deepen your mindfulness practice.

You will need your own private space, where you will feel comfortable engaging in the practices and ideally have room for some lying down and movement practices. It's not essential for the space to be totally silent as any noises or interruptions can simply be woven into the practice. 


  • This retreat is suitable for those who have completed an 8-week course or are currently attending an 8-week course and can't make their scheduled retreat day.
  • You won't need to look at the screen for the majority of the day, so you just need to be set up so you can hear the guidance. There will be a check-in and check-out at the beginning and end of the retreat.
  • There will be a 1.5hr break in the middle of the retreat.
  • If you aren't attending or haven't attended an 8-week course at The Mindfulness Project, please email us upon booking to let us know when/where you did your 8-week course and your current level of practice.

Zoom/Computer Requirements:

You will need:

  • A PC/Laptop/Macbook or Tablet.
  • A webcam and microphone (for the beginning and end of the retreat),
  • A stable internet connection, and
  • A private space where you can be undisturbed.
