This full-day retreat is being opened up to those who have completed an 8-week mindfulness course and are looking to return for another mindfulness retreat day experience (or who missed theirs).

The retreat offers a chance to spend the day for yourself, to relax and reconnect in a beautiful setting. The day will be spent in silence, with a familiar range of guided meditations that will help you to engage and deepen your mindfulness practice.

Please bring your own lunch or feel free to visit one of the restaurants in the neighborhood. You are also welcome to bring any mats, cushions, or blankets you like to use in your home practice. We recommend you dress comfortably, in non-restrictive clothing.


NOTE: This retreat is intended ONLY for people who have already completed an 8-week mindfulness based stress reduction or mindfulness based cognitive therapy course. If you're new to mindfulness, we recommend that you start by attending an 8-Week Course or one of our introductory sessions. Please see our Course Calendar for more information.
