These mindfulness classes are designed to support the development of mindfulness skills beyond an 8-week course and to provide a space for fellow meditators to come together as a group and practice with a teacher. In this way, the sessions will provide a nourishing break, a space to explore mindfulness more deeply, as well as help motivate, inspire and support your ongoing meditation practice.
The classes will run fortnightly on Sunday evenings. Each will be oriented around a unique theme which will be explored through teachings, discussion and meditation practice. There will be also be time at the end to have a cup of tea, chat and connect with the other participants.
