IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Before joining a session please consider your personal situation. If you have suffered a recent bereavement, major life change, previous trauma, or have a serious mental health condition, this session may not be suitable for you at this time.

FURTHER INFORMATION:

  • The session will start promptly at the time indicated (UK time) and will be run through Zoom.
  • If you're new to mindfulness and would like to build up a regular practice, we recommend joining an eight week course.
  • You will need your own private space, where you will feel comfortable fully engaging in the practice. It's not essential for the space to be totally silent as any noises or interruptions can simply be woven into the practice. 
  • Sessions are not offered as a treatment for any specific psychological or physical conditions and may not be suitable for people experiencing severe difficulties. For more information, please see our FAQs page below or email us to discuss further before joining a session.
