This evening drop-in class is designed for those who have completed an 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course, or have an existing mindfulness meditation practice.

The drop-in will commence with a twenty-five minute guided meditation practice. After the sitting, the teacher will give a short talk, guide a discussion or lead a creative exercise around a mindfulness related topic. This will be followed by a guided cultivation practice (e.g. gratitude, (self-) compassion, forgiveness, creativity, taking in the good, etc.) to conclude.

These mindfulness classes are a chance to keep up with your practice and connect with other fellow minds in a beautiful setting overlooking Fitzroy Square. It's a great way to unwind after work and recharge for the rest of the week. We hope to see you there! 

SUGGESTED DONATION is £5-10. Please do register for the class, so we know how many of you will show up. : )
