  • Mindfulness for Work

Work presents a full spectrum of challenges that have an impact on our health and wellbeing. From overwhelming workloads to difficult colleagues, office politics, and even self-criticism, many factors can stifle our sense of fulfilment.

A vast evidence-base demonstrates that mindfulness can support individuals and teams to feel happier at work and beyond. It can help to improve focus, optimise performance, build resilience, find motivation and communicate more effectively.

By providing the tools to better manage our inner resources, mindfulness can also allow us to change the way we respond in potentially stressful situations.
