Cultivate calm for the week ahead with Mindfulness on Monday. These 1-hour sessions hosted at Anatomē in St James will be both insightful and soothing, with practices that will help keep your senses alive and nerves calm as you navigate the rest of your week. The session will include:

  • An arriving practice to settle your system and reflect on your intention. 
  • A guided meditation using the breath and body as an anchor for staying present and calm.
  • How we can use the senses to connect to the present moment.
  • Essentials attitudes of mindfulness to cultivate in daily life.

No previous mindfulness or meditation experience required .
