These classes are a chance to keep up with your practice and connect with other fellow minds via Zoom. It's a great way to unwind after work and recharge for the rest of the week.

This 45-minute drop-in class is designed for those who have completed an 8-week mindfulness course or have an existing mindfulness practice. The mindfulness class will consist of a guided meditation practice and will open up for reflections at the end. You will need your own private space, where you will feel comfortable fully engaging in the practice. It's not essential for the space to be totally silent as any noises or interruptions can simply be woven into the practice. 

Once registered, participants will receive a link to join the session a few hours before it taking place. This class is run on a sliding scale/donation basis -- which can be made when booking using the codes on the side of the page (below if on mobile). If you are not earning or your financial circumstances mean you are unable to offer a donation at this time, then you are still more than welcome to join. 

NOTES

  • The class will start promptly at 6pm BST and will be run through Zoom. Convert to your Time Zone >> here << if needed.
  • This class is intended for people who already have a meditation practice. If you're new to mindfulness we recommend that you start by attending an 8-Week Course or one of our introductory sessions. Please see our Course Calendar for more information.

We also offer a weekly 30-minute drop-in class on Tuesdays at 12.30pm (UK time, beginners welcome) and a monthly Mindfulness & Racial Awareness drop-in class.
