These classes are a chance to keep up with your practice and connect with other fellow minds via Zoom. It's a great way to unwind after work and recharge for the rest of the week.

This 45-minute drop-in class is designed for those who have completed an eight-week mindfulness course or have an existing mindfulness practice. The mindfulness class will consist of a guided meditation practice and will open up for reflections at the end.

You will need your own private space, where you will feel comfortable fully engaging in the practice. It's not essential for the space to be totally silent as any noises or interruptions can simply be woven into the practice. 

Once registered, participants will receive a link to join the session a minimum of an hour before the class (unless joining within an hour, in which case it will be sent as soon as possible).

This class is run on a sliding scale/donation basis -- which can be made using the codes on the side of the page (below on mobile). If your financial circumstances mean you are unable to offer a donation at this time, then you are still more than welcome to join. 

NOTES:

  • The class will start promptly at 6pm BST and will be run through Zoom.
  • This class is intended for people who already have a meditation practice. If you're new to mindfulness we recommend that you start by attending a course or introductory session.

We also offer a weekly 30-minute drop-in class on Tuesdays at 12.30pm (UK time, beginners welcome) and a monthly Mindfulness & Racial Awareness drop-in class.
