These classes are a chance to keep up with your practice and connect with other fellow minds via Zoom. It's a great way to unwind after work and recharge for the rest of the week.
This 45-minute drop-in class is designed for those who have completed an eight-week mindfulness course or have an existing mindfulness practice. The mindfulness class will consist of a guided meditation practice and will open up for reflections at the end.
You will need your own private space, where you will feel comfortable fully engaging in the practice. It's not essential for the space to be totally silent as any noises or interruptions can simply be woven into the practice.
Once registered, participants will receive a link to join the session a minimum of an hour before the class (unless joining within an hour, in which case it will be sent as soon as possible).
