These classes offer a chance to keep up with your practice and connect with fellow meditators. It's a great way to unwind at the end of the day and recharge for the rest of the week.
This class is designed for those who have completed an 8-week mindfulness course or have an existing mindfulness practice. The mindfulness class will consist of a guided meditation practice and will open up for reflections at the end.
You will need your own private space, where you will feel comfortable fully engaging in the practice. It's not essential for the space to be totally silent as any noises or interruptions can be woven into the practice.
This class is run on a donation basis -- which can be adjusted using the codes to the side of the page - below on mobile. If your financial circumstances mean you are unable to offer a donation, you are still very welcome to join.
