These monthly drop-ins are being offered as a way to support the continued exploration and cultivation of awareness and compassion as it relates to racial awareness. The drop-in sessions are meant as a follow-on from the Introduction to Mindfulness and Racial Awareness Workshop.
Each drop-in session will introduce a different topic, followed by a meditation exploring what comes up from that topic. There will then be a chance for group discussion and exploration of this. The drop-ins intend to offer a compassionate space to freely explore what comes up for people and to support people with their practice and transforming their relationship with race and racism.

We also offer a weekly 30-minute drop-in class on Tuesdays at 12.30pm (beginners welcome) and a 45-minute class on Thursdays at 6pm (UK time).
