This online retreat day is being opened up to those who have completed an 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course or who have an equivalent compassionate practice, and are looking to return for another compassion retreat day experience (or who missed theirs). The retreat day will be offered online through Zoom. It offers the perfect opportunity to reconnect with and deepen your mindfulness-based compassion practice with the support of a teacher and among fellow practitioners.

The online day retreat will be experiential, with a mixture of sitting and movement meditations, including the core practices of the MSC course. There will be no need for you to feedback until the end of the day, so your computer can just be set up so that you can comfortably listen, and see the screen where necessary.

As the online retreat is from the convenience and comfort of your own space, you are invited to prepare any mats, cushions, or blankets you like to use through out the day. We recommend you dress comfortably, in non-restrictive clothing.
