  • Mindful Self-Compassion Retreat

** This retreat is for those who have attended an 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion Course (MSC) - with The Mindfulness Project or elsewhere.

The retreat offers an opportunity to reconnect with and deepen your mindfulness-based compassion practice with the support of a teacher and among fellow practitioners.

The retreat will be held in silence, offering time to pause. It is the ideal time to reflect on qualities such as gratitude, compassion and kindness and how we can best cultivate them in our lives.

The retreat will be experiential, with a mixture of sitting and walking meditation, incorporating both guided and unguided practice. The retreat includes the core practices from the self-compassion course, as well as new material.

Please note, after an initial check-in there will be no need for you to feedback until the end of the day.
