Forgiveness can be one of the most challenging processes that we go through, and yet it’s what many of us long for – to free ourselves from anger and blaming, and to let go of past conflicts and old resentments that can cause pain to ourselves and those around us. Self-compassion, with its focus on acceptance and loving-kindness, is uniquely positioned to be able to help us to understand and embrace the process of forgiveness.

This day-long workshop will guide you through meditations, exercises and contemplations that will help you to work towards forgiveness.

Exploring the various stages of forgiveness through the mindful self-compassion model, you will gain a clearer understanding of the process of forgiveness and the steps you can take to forgive yourself and forgive others. You will also learn how self-compassion can help you to let go of difficult emotions and transform resentment, with a view to finding more peace in your life.


No previous mindfulness or mindful self-compassion experience is required to attend the workshop.
