Mindful Self-Compassion for Forgiveness

Mindful Self-Compassion for Forgiveness

More Views

Forgiveness can be one of the most challenging processes that we go through, and yet it’s what many of us long for – to free ourselves from anger and blaming, and to let go of past conflicts and old resentments that can cause pain to ourselves and those around us.

Self-compassion, with it's focus on acceptance and loving-kindness, is uniquely positioned to be able to help us to understand and embrace the process of forgiveness.

This 3.5-hour workshop will introduce you to the various stages of forgiveness through the Mindful Self-Compassion model, including short meditations, exercises, contemplations and discussion. You will gain a clearer understanding of the process of forgiveness and the steps you can take to forgive yourself and others to begin finding more peace in your life.

This workshop is suitable for those who are new to Mindful Self-Compassion or for those who have completed an 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion course.
