Journaling is a creative and therapeutic practice which can support us in externalising and making sense of our experiences, reflecting on the past and setting intentions for the future. It allows us to slow down, get some space from our thoughts and perhaps view them in a different light.
About the Workshop
This two-hour workshop will explore how mindfulness meditation practices can help us keep a journal with purpose. Natasha will share powerful practices of creative writing combined with practices of equanimity, compassion and gratitude, that will support a regular journaling practice beyond the workshop.
You will learn how to:
In this two-hour workshop you will experience a deepening of your meditation practice by using journaling as part of your formal meditation practice. You will be guided to share your meditative experience on paper as well as in verbal form. This will give you a new perspective in your practice which you can take away and use creatively at home.
