This explorative and creative mindful journaling course combines mindfulness meditation with the powerful practice of journaling. Journaling is a therapeutic practice which can support us in externalising and making sense of our experiences, reflecting on the past and setting intentions for the future. It allows us to slow down, get some space from our thoughts and perhaps view them in a different light.
