You’ll feel yourself beginning to relax and unwind as soon as you start making your way through the beautiful Norfolk countryside towards the West Lexham. There you’ll be welcomed by the sight of the beautiful property, spanning 21 acres of lush landscape, sprawling lawns, majestic trees, bountiful wildflowers, and delicately restored dwellings. All of this will set the backdrop for a nourishing and rejuvenating retreat, where you can truly take a break.

Whether your intention is to explore mindfulness for the first time, reconnect with your practice, or simply regain a sense of balance in your life – you will be in just the right place.

Each morning we’ll set a theme for the day and take our time gently exploring it through a variety of soothing mindfulness practices. We plan to take full advantage of our wonderful surroundings as we venture out into the countryside for a mindful walk and take the opportunity to reconnect with nature. There will be periods of silence and solitude, as well as times for group reflection and sharing. The whole retreat is designed to help us reconnect with ourselves and nature to restore a sense of inner calm and balance.

There will also be free time to explore the gardens, boating lake, tennis courts or to just simply relax by the log burners in the main hall. We will be staying in luxurious en-suite accommodations just adjacent, each with a private entrance, underfloor heating, and walk-in shower. We will have the exclusive use of the Barn/retreat hall, private garden area, and our own dedicated caterer preparing wholesomely delicious vegetarian meals and delightful snacks onsite.

Mindfulness Retreat


  • The price is all-inclusive, with shared accommodations in deluxe en suite rooms (2 & 3 beds/room dependent on the option booked) and all vegetarian meals.
  • Travel to the venue is not included, but is approximately a 1hr 25min train journey from London. Taxi service from the station is required and group bookings can be coordinated.
  • A copy of the book “I am here now: a creative mindfulness guide and journal” will be included to use during and beyond the retreat.
  • No prior mindfulness experience or knowledge required.
