Are you struggling to maintain your mindfulness practice? Join us for an evening workshop that will offer insight into why we are most likely to let practice lapse, and inspiration for how we can renew our motivation, including practical take-away tips to jumpstart your meditation sessions.

It is a well-known problem that many people find it challenging to maintain a regular practice without the structure and support of a course and a group. This has been the subject of new academic research in the field, including that of our colleague Jiva, who found that maintaining a mindfulness practice can be supported by several practical steps.

As always, the question is how to do this in the midst of a busy life, so the focus of this workshop will be on helping you design a sustainable practice plan that works for you.

NOTE: This workshop is intended ONLY for people who have already completed an 8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MBCT) Course.
