Given how things have unfolded with the coronavirus, we have moved our drop-in sessions to our Zoom online classroom. Our experience in running exclusively online programs is that this medium offers an opportunity to still have a rich and meaningful connection with the practices and a group, from the convenience and comfort of your own space. We hope that offering the sessions in this format will be helpful, especially as mindfulness and compassion can be a wonderful tool for coping with the stress and uncertainty of these challenging circumstances.


We can often go through the workday without taking a proper break, or space for ourselves. Join us for this lunch time drop-in meditation class, where you can take 30-minutes to nourish yourself and recharge.

The mindfulness class will consist of a guided meditation practice and provides the opportunity to support your ongoing mindfulness practice, connect with other like-minded individuals and meditate in a group in a beautiful setting.

Once registered, participants will receive a link to join the session on the Tuesday morning. This class is run on a donation basis -- any donations can be made via our website or PayPal and all donations are so gratefully received. If you are not earning or your financial circumstances mean you are unable to offer a donation at this time, then you are still more than welcome to join :-)

  • The class will start promptly at 12.30pm and will be run through Zoom.
  • If you're new to mindfulness we recommend that you start by attending an 8-Week Mindfulness Course or one of our introductory sessions. Please see our Course Calendar for more information.
