We can often go through the day without taking a proper break, or space for ourselves. Join us for this online lunch time drop-in meditation class, where you can take 30-minutes to nourish yourself and recharge.

The mindfulness class will consist of a guided meditation practice and provides the opportunity to support your ongoing mindfulness practice, connect with other like-minded individuals and meditate in the comfort of your own home. You will need your own private space, where you will feel comfortable fully engaging in the practice. It's not essential for the space to be totally silent as any noises or interruptions can simply be woven into the practice.

Once registered, participants will receive a link to join the session on the Tuesday morning. This class is run on a sliding scale/donation basis -- which can be made when booking using the codes on the side of the page (below if on mobile). If you are not earning or your financial circumstances mean you are unable to offer a donation at this time, then you are still more than welcome to join :-)

  • The class will start promptly at 12.30pm and will be run through Zoom.
