Join us for an Interpersonal Mindfulness Retreat, designed specifically as a follow-up day for graduates of the Interpersonal Mindfulness Course to reconnect with the practices and with fellow participants.

This daylong retreat offers the perfect opportunity to take a day for yourself, to relax and reconnect in a beautiful setting with like-minded people and deepen your practice of Interpersonal Mindfulness.

The day will enable you to consolidate your learning from the course, sharpening and refining your understanding and practice of the relational guidelines. It will include periods of silent meditation, mindful movement and dialogues in pairs and small groups. We will explore topics that will support us in recognising and accessing positive mental and emotional capacities that are essential for cultivating authentic and meaningful relationships.



  • It is a prerequisite for this course to have attended an Interpersonal Mindfulness Course, either at The Mindfulness Project or elsewhere.
