Mindfulness and self-compassion offer many of us the opportunity to reduce stress and anxiety, gaining greater balance. In helping to focus our attention on the present moment a regular practice can help us to cope with challenges, better regulate our emotions, build resilience, find a sense of calm and improve our relationships with both ourselves and others.
As well as group courses, The Mindfulness Project also offers private mindfulness and mindful self-compassion sessions for those that prefer to learn on a one-to-one basis.
