    Given how the situation is unfolding, we have suspended offering in-person gatherings until the end of April and will be offering some online courses, workshops, drop-ins & retreat days. Our experience in running exclusively online programs is that this medium offers an opportunity to still have a rich and meaningful connection with the practices and group, from the convenience and comfort of your own space. We hope that these offerings will be helpful, especially as mindfulness can be a wonderful tool for coping with the stress and uncertainty of these challenging circumstances.

    Graduate Mindfulness Course

    Mindfulness and Self-Compassion can be a wonderful tool for coping with the stress and uncertainty of these challenging circumstances. If you're not sure where to start, or would like some extra support with your mindfulness practice right now, then you can book a 1:1 session with one of our mindfulness teachers.

    The sessions are being offered on a sliding scale basis, so if you can't afford the suggested amount, then please do get in touch.

    The mindfulness drop-in will consist of a guided meditation practice and provides the opportunity to support your ongoing mindfulness practice, connect with other like-minded individuals and meditate in a group from the comfort of your own home.
