Over the course of a single month, a range of hormone fluctuations play out in our bodies, triggering an influx of moods and emotions that impact our actions and judgements. In this workshop, we will learn how to use the practice of menstrual cycle awareness to tune in and listen to our bodies and better regulate our energy and emotions.
